1. Purpose & Platform Nature

Overo is operated by JL Service Works LLC, a Florida company. The app is designed to assist users in tracking personal finances including bills, income, debts, savings goals, subscriptions, and assets. Overo is a technology tool only and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

2. Informational Use Only

All calculations, projections, and summaries are based entirely on data you enter and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making financial decisions.

3. Your Data

All financial data you enter is stored securely in the cloud so it stays in sync across every device you use Overo on. We do not sell, rent, or share your financial data with third parties for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details. Your account credentials are secured through industry-standard authentication, including Google Sign-In if you choose to use it. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.

4. Free Trial & Subscription

New accounts may be offered a free trial of Overo Pro. No payment is required to start a trial. Trial length and terms, if offered, are presented at signup and are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, consistent with each platform's subscription rules. After any trial period, or if no trial is offered, Overo remains free to use with standard feature limits; a Pro subscription at $3.99/month or $38.99/year unlocks unlimited access. You may cancel a Pro subscription anytime through your Apple or Google account settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

Overo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. JL Service Works LLC is not liable for any financial decisions made based on data displayed in the app, any data loss, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your credentials. Contact support@overoapp.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
